To maintain freshness, we recommend the following storage methods:

Matcha is sensitive to oxidation and temperature. Store it in an airtight container (its original packaging is fine) away from direct light. For best results, keep it in the fridge, similar to how you would treat a fresh vegetable.

Our canned drinks are ambient and can be stored at room temperature. However, we recommend keeping them refrigerated for the best drinking experience.
